About these terms

These terms describe how NextGen Digital Solutions Limited (company number 16691057) supplies digital and IT services. They should be read alongside the written quotation, invoice or service agreement for your project.

Quotations and orders

Projects are priced individually. The written quotation or agreement should specify the scope, deliverables, price and currency, payment schedule, timeline and any included revisions. Work begins when the parties agree the scope and any applicable upfront payment is received.

Delivery and client responsibilities

Services are ordinarily delivered remotely. Customers should provide accurate instructions, suitable access where agreed and timely feedback. Changes to scope may require a revised quotation and delivery schedule.

Payments

Payment methods, currency, due dates and any deposit or staged payments are set out in the relevant invoice or written agreement. We do not store payment card details on this website.

Intellectual property

Ownership or licence rights to completed deliverables are governed by the project agreement. Clients must have permission to supply any third-party materials they ask us to use.

Cancellation and refunds

Please read our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
